Whatever makes you comfortable. There is no formal dress code for Kaleidoscope Arts performances. You’ll see everything from casual attire to guests who enjoy dressing up for an evening out.
-
We recommend arriving approximately 15-20 minutes before the performance. This gives you time to find parking, check in, choose or locate your seat, and settle in before the music begins.
-
Late seating may be delayed until an appropriate break in the program to avoid interrupting the performers and audience. We recommend allowing a little extra time when traveling to an unfamiliar venue.
-
Performance lengths vary depending on the program. Specific timing and intermission information will be included on the individual concert page when available. Concerts are typically 1.5 - 2 hours.
-
Yes. Part of Kaleidoscope Arts’ mission is to make exceptional classical music accessible to audiences of all ages.
We ask parents and caregivers to consider whether their child will be comfortable remaining seated and listening during a live performance.
-
Accessibility varies by venue. We want every guest to feel welcome, so if you have specific mobility, seating, hearing, or other accessibility needs, please contact us before the performance and we’ll help you plan your visit.
-
Parking varies by location. Whenever possible, parking and arrival information will be provided on the individual concert page. We recommend reviewing those details before leaving for the venue.
-
To protect the experience for our performers and fellow audience members, photography and recording during performances may be restricted. Any concert-specific guidelines will be shared at the venue.
We encourage you to take photos before or after the performance and we’d love to see them!
-
Some programs may include an intermission while others may be performed without one. Details will be provided with the individual concert information when available.

If a performance must be canceled, postponed, or relocated, ticket holders will be contacted using the email address provided with their purchase. Updates will also be posted on our website.
